Ayesa and Jidoka announce a strategic agreement to expand capabilities in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance Ayesa’s Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO) services in Spain and Latin America. The aim of the company is to offer the latest technological solutions available in the market in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes of customers and potential customers.
This strategic agreement allows the Andalusia multinational to offer its clients the Jidoka platform, which provides a complete RPA infrastructure, accompanied with the necessary implementation services for process automation, supporting the management and scalability of business automation capabilities.
Ayesa has extensive experience in BPO services, which has made possible for this business area to take a big step forward within the company, diversifying the client portfolio and incorporating leading edge technologies in the quest to improve quality of the services provided and optimization of operating costs through service automation.
